First the book is half filled with trying to sell you on the book itself, as though trying to fill up enough space to make it into a book versus a brochure, which is all the space it really needs.

I was first introduced to yoga in a book and imitated poses. Lately, I've been a new yoga student with bi-weekly sessions with a teacher. Consequently, different techniques are covered on how to implement the different exercises of yoga which are the same in the book. The book does not cover the different techniques but in general tells you how to get there.

Consequently if you are not in very good shape or not use to paying attention to your body you can overstrain a certain part of your body needlessly. An adequate teacher will teach you the correct way to distribute your weight and use muscles to perform the poses correctly and not simply imitate the form, which the book lacks.

Doing yoga through this book can give you a good stretch probably but what would have been complete is a well-instructed yoga video that accompanied it.
I have been practising the five and the additional sixth rite for a year now, performing them at least once a day 21 times and, I have not noticed any change whatsoever. I do not look younger and I get sick as often as other people who do not use the rites. I do feel a slight energy uplift, however that you also get from any other physical workout.
To all those people who claim to look years younger because of the rites I have one thing to say: show me. Show me a "before" and "after" picture.
Doesn't it explain a lot that so far all these "miracles" were only described on paper? Why are there no pictures of colonel Bradford? Maybe because then the myth would be dispelled? Who would believe in the rites if you would see a picture of a 74 year old man (looking 74) who claims to look like 40? Who would still want to buy the fountain of youth book then and use the rites?
Is it not the best advertisment to actually show people the miraculous results of the system? All those dietary systems use pictures to prove the effectiveness of their systems, why not do the same for the rites?
I have to conclude that is because the rites do not work and the author(s) know it. But hey it's an easy way to get money. Tell people that with a minimum of effort they can reverse the aging process and become young and healthy again. All you need to do is buy our book (wait let's write a second book which just repeats the same crap so we can even make more money). And people buy into it, ofcourse.
If you are interested in the rites, by all means try them. But be critical, keep questioning and draw you own conclusion, like I did.

Finally found one that stays clean! The cats still love it and so far whenever I've cleaned it there is no moldy odor. Plus this is easier to clean than the other fountains we've tried. No small corners or tiny areas to clean. I think part of what helps is that the actual "pool" of water is higher than other models so it's less likely to accumulate food, dirt, etc...

Very simple to put together and served as a great party accessory at my gathering. Everyone commented on and loved the novelty of the beverage fountain. It also looks very elegant as it glows in the backgroung. This was a great value :-)

The mysterious sacred secret 5 Tibetan rites can be freely found illustrated with complete instructions on many websites. I suggest you try them for a month and if you're still doing them at the end of that time, and wish to learn more consider buying this book. Start with 3-5 repetitions of each, and add 2 reps per week up to the maximum of 21. Or alternatively, do 20 minutes of yoga or pilates or aerobics or rebounding or weight training each morniing and you will probably get the same or better results.

I have a roach problem in my house So I bought the Bell and Howell device only to have some of the tiny roaches crawl happily right on it while it was plugged into the wall. It has done nothing for my roach problem.

This is by far the best water filter for pets that I have seen. I have used the fountain like filters, but they are quite noisy and sit close to the ground. I previously had a gravity water bowl with a blue jug like the water coolers at work, but the problem with those is that they sat next to the ground. My cat was consistently putting his toys in it, and kicking dirt into it and putting his paws in it. It was such a chore to keep clean.

This water filter is high off the ground so dirt cannot get into it. It is easy to fill, just add water directly to the bowl and it comes apart easily to change the filter. it is very quiet, though I am still getting accustomed to hearing the water move around. I keep thinking i left a faucet on! My cat did take almost a week to get used to it, but once he figured out what it was, I now see him drinking much more water than he ever did with his old one. A great water bowl/filter all around!

For the price I think it was fair. It is not very sturdy and you have to have the directional tubes placed perfectly or it will spash out and using a punch that is red, purple, etc. will stain, not to mention splashing on the floor. However, the item was shipped and received on time with no delays.

Where the Drinkwell has lots of pieces with hard to clean corners that attract hair and dirt, and a fragile pump, the Catit fountain is small, very sturdy, super easy to keep clean, and it keeps on working. I got it because one cat prefers to drink out of a tap, and the other laps water right onto the floor instead of into her mouth. This works for both. Mine is in the kitchen and I simply change out the water every second day, if I'm lazy I will top it off with fresh water. I have never had to disassemble the pump or replace the filter. It's quieter than a regular fountain, because the water flows from the middle over the little dome, instead of pouring into a bowl. So it does not splash either, even when you accidently bump it. It took less than an hour for the cats to figure out what it's for, even though at first the tap drinker was determined not to be seen drinking from it. The pump is also very quiet. It's simple to assemble, and mine has been running for 5 months straight without any problems. No leakage, no overflow. Ignore the little red dot when you fill it up, you can see when the water level is high enough. Keep a glass of fresh water around for in case the power goes out. I am certain that my cats are drinking a lot more water since the arrival of this fountain. I highly recommend it.
